Earth isn't the same as a Pokemon world. It orbits a different star, and our closest planet, Mars, takes about 1.88x as long as we do to rotate around the sun, which would be a year. The very next planet, Jupiter, takes 4,332 days to rotate the sun. If the Pokemon World was positioned around Jupiter, it would take nearly 12 of our years for Ash to turn 11. That's not even taking into account that Earth Humans and Pokemon world Humans are entirely different from eachother. Like how Dogs age about 7 times faster than we do, so a dog at age 5 gets called 35 in dog years.
