Ba'al Buster is silly, but the gravy shit is by far the worst thing about Second.
I don't get the complaints about "mrgrgr" getting used too much, because it doesn't feel like it's used any more than in Default.And I never liked that shit either.

Some of the NPC names that double as something else IE Gho Gettar, Sweti Tracsute, etc. are overdone too. I love them all though.
the fact they straight up changed Yoko's VA from a little girl sounding voice to an older lady in english was stupid as fuck.

How fast did you max Chompercraft? I started it about an hour or two after it was unlocked and played on and off till it was maxed prior to chapter 2.

I really want to try Catmancer but I don't want to change any of my current party members. I JUST changed Tiz from Fencer/Charioteer.
Do any of the characters have different base stat values, IE Tiz is suited for offensive magic, Edea for melee, Yew for white magic or is it the same across the board

They do. You can see their base stats somewhere in the menus.

Strategy ended up becoming defaulting until Edea is maxed out, then dual physical boon on Edea while she uses that one skill that maxes out hits and letting her go to town, then undo bp on her once she's at -4. Shits retarded. Bosses die in like 2-3 turns including the final boss and I'm only at level 54 or so.
