Unfiltered. Never in my life have I ever fooled myself into believing I was looking at anything but pixels, and that doesn't impact my immersion or enjoyment of the game.

I like pixel art in all its pixely glory, so I usually go for that upscaling the original resolution. It looks pretty bad sometimes tho, especially on GBA games.
No filters. If a game can't look good on modern hardware it hasn't aged well and is probably garbage that can be outdone by even a mediocre modern indie.
I play everything on unfiltered 1:1 fullscreen on my CRT monitor.
