If they stick to 1080p it should be possible. If they target a higher resolution on the Neo I really doubt it.
One more thing is that the console only got a relatively minor bump in CPU clocks, so I would say it's going to be even more CPU limited than the current PS4 is, given that the GPU is much faster.
And memory bandwith too increased only relatively slightly, which is a potential bottleneck.
