Trauma Team also lends itself to replays less.
Like you said Endoscopy is shit, and then the Forensics and Diagnosis segments aren't very worthwhile after you've already done them once. So thats 50% of the game that just isn't fun to replay.
I don't know if I would say its the worst game, but even if I did its okay because its still great

First off dude, if you play on the casual settings and don't find it difficult, then try a higher difficulty. Don't just complain because its made to have some entry level accessibility for less skilled players to be able to play and learn at a slower rate until they are able to deal with the listed enemies that are much more frequent after mission 7 like I said.

The higher difficulty isn't available from the get-go and isn't balanced around non-NG+ abilities. Game's a shitheap so enduring it to eventually unlock DMD isn't an option.

Final Fight absolutely shits on DMC in terms of difficulty and design because you will have to utilize every single move at your disposal to get through the game, and the enemies will tear your asshole apart. Playing around with combos is fucking boring, play a well made game.
