Not him but I really liked that case. For one thing I liked the clown, because I REALLY love shitty jokes. Like a lot. The marionette guy was a cool gag, max was kind of a tool but I guess that was the idea. The only part I didn't like was how obvious the actual killer was, and I know that's usually the idea but they played it up by playing it down so fucking hard in that one I could vomit.

It just seemed like "filler: the case" to me, probably stood out a bit more because JFA only has four cases as opposed to the five in the other two games as well as the fact that I think 2-4 is one of the best cases in the entire series (maybe second only to 1-5) so 2-3 seems bad in comparison.

Honestly the thing I hate most about 2-3 is how blatant the lack of effort was in the script editing. Awkward sentences, typos, and lack of punctuation everywhere. Did the staff hate that case too? I mean, the entirety of AA2 has a higher typo level than the other games, but that case in particular is really bad.
