Can we talk about how this looks like hot garbage? I don't give a fuck that the dude's black, I'm not /pol/, I don't even give a fuck that you're not in the mafia. As cool as the allure of the mob is, and as strange as it is to have a Mafia title where you're not in the mob, the mob are not rad dudes and I wouldn't mind blowing their dicks off and shit, but look at this.
Everything looks so bland, the cars look like floaty boats, and not in a period-realistic positive way. The shooting lacks punch and oomf, it just looks generic. The graphics are nice, I guess, but there's something that feels plastic about the whole thing, and it's hard to put into words.
Is there anyone who's genuinely hype about it? can they tell me why?

I fucking hate the black protag but you are right.
The game looks like it uses TAA, which makes everything look really blurry and off and I think actually renders it at half the resolution and upscales it.
Also looks like its got chromatic abberation

I'll play it because I enjoy these type of open world titles. I expect it to be sleeping dogs tier, in that I'll enjoy it for what it is, but not have high levels of expectation from it.
Also, I'm going to pirate it, so it really doesn't matter if it sucks or not.

They could have done another story based Mafia game (this time include all that cut content from Mafia 2) but instead thy made AssCreed/Watchdogs/Just Cause clone with Mafia stamp on it.
