Eh, not sure if you've been playing either game, but both D3 and HotS are pretty much dead in terms of people actually playing them. Yes, D3 broke record sales numbers, but that was with pre-orders and the like. Once people actually found out what kind of game it had been turned into, the game died after about 3 months.
HotS is currently at its record low number of players, and the numbers have been steadily declining over the last few months.
I don't know anything about Hearthstone, but all my friends, I'm talking the hardcore ones that dropped $100+ into it, have given up on it since its latest expansion, and even THEY are calling it pay to win trash now.
The MMO genre itself as a whole is dying, and WoW right along with it. WoW might have the highest numbers, but those numbers are at an all time record low since Warorc of Orcraft pretty much wrecked the game in more ways than one. Legion is also being developed by Jay Wilson, the same person who wrecked D3. That expansion is likely going to be the final nail in the coffin if what he did to D3 is any indication.
I haven't been following Overwatch, so admittedly, that could bring Blizzard back, but who knows. Ever since Activision took control of Blizzard, that company LOST all of its good talent. They are not a good company any more, IMO.

Blizzard has finally reached it's final form and embraces the casual market, everything they lay their fingers on turns into mainstream goldmines. All their games are juggernauts taking huge portions of the genre audience and you will be directly competing with them if you are developing in their field and so far how many have succeeded? Path of exile is all I can think of.
Not even a blizzdrone infact I have played less than five games from them. I just know a succesful dev when I see one.

Sure, WoW has been played by literally everyone who wants to by now. It's running dry but is still the most polished MMO on the market.
D3 did ruin the series. It was fun as a first playthrough but they did so many things wrong that I simply wasn't interested after that.
I really dislike Heroes of the Storm's gameplay. Everything feels like a 5man zerg. Rather than farming objectives and playing your opponent in lane, you can just roam around as a huge ball and destroy solo/duo players with little recourse. The heroes are not fun to play and few of their skills feel highly impactful. Mana limits are nonexistant, you can spam skills very frequently with the nearby fountain in every lane. Lack of item and gold rewards leads to lack of character customization and bland gameplay.
Overwatch is just TF3. When I played in beta, it wasn't very fun. Some maps are highly unbalanced, with Defense respawning on top of the final point, offense having to expose to a huge number of angles, etc. Worst of all, most heroes aren't fun or compelling. There are maybe 1 or 2 that I actually enjoyed playing - Tracer feels like she has a ton of potential.

Thing is that only na server is currently active enough to even queue a game. Rest of the world, the game takes 600-1000 sec queue to get a single game

That's kind of the point with seasons. They know people will leave after 2-3 weeks. So we get new season every 3 months or so. Each new season revamps old sets and adds a few new things. Not exactly ground breaking but a crafty way to get people to come back and play a game that is nothing more than loot hoarding.
It's pretty hard to make a ARPG stay addicting over long periods of time. After a while you get to the point where you are just min-maxing and upgrades are nothing more than .1% extra dps/surv. So yeah, they have done pretty well at keeping people interested in D3 after only one expansion in the 5 years (?) it's been out.
