i play a lot of mobile games, they can be good but they can also be horrible grinding simulators, if tri-ace has the resource and/or talent to make a proper mobile game, i don't know but most of the mobile game published by square-enix are putrid shit, that said i give exactly 0 fucks about valkyrie profile

I don't think it's really controls that the problem as much as the fact it's an actual, realized game and mobiles are much more designed to be brainless button mashers and time wasters. Basically a proper Valkyria Profile RPG would be a waste of time and money to release on mobile, at least from a financial standpoint.

I don't think they will made a true RPG on mobile, but a simple gacha game with a lot of Einherjar and a simili VP1 battle system seems enjoyable for me
