100 hours into dark souls 3. PvP is the most unbalanced it has ever been. Covenants are shit. At least the casuals are happy with their epic sunbros buddies xDDD

The main focus of the series has always been PvE and that feels pretty good for the most part. PvP being unbalanced is what ever. The shit part is the covenants.

At least go with a real complaint rather than this constant uproar about some mini game shit.

In its current state you can summon NPCs with no hit boxes to kill bosses for you while you go beat off in a corner, that's a real problem.

I've maxed out all the covenants.

Best is definitely the Mad Dog 420s.

Worst is the Blueberry No Fun Squad.

I was in Darkmoon for the last 50 hours of my first character which has 77 hours currently. Not summoned once. Good job From Software.

What's even worse is that Sentinels and Darkmoon share the same rewards. What is the point in that design decision?

Chances are not. Watchdogs invade the swamp which will only be active among lower levelled players. You may catch a few on NG+ but that's no fun. Best thing for that covenant is to get a character at Lv. 30-40 and not level any higher.

For new characters you should always farm covenant items as soon as you gain access to the covenant without gaining any more SL. This'll give you the most action.

You can farm all covenant items though, so don't worry about it.

Farming blue sentinel / darkmoon items is a fucking NIGHTMARE though. Drop rate is horrendous.

Farming swordgrass is super easy. Those 3 scrawny beanpole shitters right next to the bonfire in Farron Keep drop the swordgrass. Blast through them with item discovery over and over if you're too high SL for reliable invasions.

It's not the mechanics by itself that I am complaining about. There are ways to counter backstab fishing and all that shit. What they fucked up is making it so a rapier can stunlock someone in full heavy armour. What idiot made that decision?

it's not even about skill at this point. 3/4 invasions are literally you running to the bonfire to see 3 phantoms who run at you with estoc/rapier/shortsword/etc and stunlock you to death.

Actually I tested it with 62 poise (the highest I can currently get wearing Smough's set and Yhorm's Greatshield). No difference.
