U and GN are not fun in the slightest. They're horrible. GN is not strategy. It is a watered-down Agarest. U is mashing square and trying to get out of the boring-ass missions as fast as possible for more plot. Events in both of these games suck, unlike in HDN.
Also Mk2 > Re;Birth2.

Wrong. Mashing square against enemies that don't fight back is not fun at all. This is why I give U a 2/10.
At least in HDN, enemies fought back. Sometimes you needed to use strategy in regards to party set-up and what items you want the characters to craft, until you get Neptune Break and whatever Noire has.
HDN also has better music.
HDN's only flaws are horribly slow (but thankfully skippable) animations, random encounters out the wazoo, retarded treasure-hunting, and lack of dungeon environment variety.
