I'm on the fence about this game. It's hard to find a review that doesn't sound like shitposting or acting superior to "those weird Japanese games where everyone is 12 and it's all about sex, those perverts"

Its pretty easy/shallow as a srpg but the presentation and music is the nicest part of the whole game.
I got a good 50 hours out of it and enjoyed it despite being generic as hell.

Can't remember what else I liked and disliked about the game. I say it's worth a buy if you can get it for 40 or less. It's is most defiantly not a 50$ game

Oh i also forgot to mention the battles are slow as hell, even with the skipped animation.
I have a lot of patience so it wasnt that bad but its a really common complaint.
So factor that in with the really stupid ai+mindless bumrushing to clear the maps and you might die on the inside.

The character design is the only thing I'd really give this game. The characters may be varied but they're all pretty generic.
I found the story okay up until the moment I met Hilda, it all went downhill from there little by little until it went completely to shit when I got to Popo.
