The comic got rebooted a couple of years ago because of shit I don't feel like explaining for the nth time.
Long story short, a lot of characters got both redesigned and had their backstories changed in order to kiss ass to Sega. Dulcy went from Dragontales reject to a more Sonic-esque design.

While I do like the design overhaul, and culling of a lot of bad ideas that plagued the comic, the new reboot is sterile and boring and I missed a lot of what the old stories and characters brought to the comic. The fighters arc was really fun, but everything else has been a borefest.
