I was greatly confused for a while, I couldn't tell if Aldritch was using his torso as a puppet or if Aldritch was also a pretty boy who had a massive worm body.
What I don't understand is, how long exactly were the events from DS1 and DS3 spaced apart? You'd think with the sheer amount of construction and differences that happened it would take about a hundred or thousand years, but apparently you walk into the room with Aldritch when it's in the process of eating Gwyn.

In many cases,when you only have enough time for one, or two perfectly timed swings in on a boss during their recovery, you can easily land a R2 and do the damage of 2-3 straight sword R1s.

That's the Dancer. First boss is Gundyr. She can be the second boss, but usually she isn't fought until way later.
Only 'difficult' boss was Nameless King 1st form.
And that's because Lock-On was absolute fucking trash and fire attack is complete undodgeable bullshit.
Once the initial hype wears off people will settle in to how linear the game is and how shit or just unoriginal some of bosses were.
