There is a contradiction, since casinos are banned in Brazil, and games are sold as such, but taxed.
Most of my games I buy for "muambeiros" which are people who go to other countries and bring hidden games in his luggage.
Prices are 50-70% cheaper than the large department stores, most of this material comes from Paraguay. Moving to Brazil without paying taxes.
Curious fact, the large majority of Playstations 3 and 4 here in Brazil came from Mexico.
