You literally just run up tot he one in the way, stand still and parry him. the riposte will push him off the ledge most likely. if it doesnt just parry him again. roll through arrows. they're slow as shit.
Just throw that shield in the garbage where it belongs and roll through the arrows. This makes literally every challenge in the game trivial.
