I think the vast majority of developers won't give a shit about the PS4.1 unless they're paid by Sony to do something. A mandatory faster framerate can be bypassed by just making the pause screen effects run at 60fps while the rest of the game is still 20-30.
I don't believe for a second that all future PS4 games will be available for both systems, either. Prepare to see Bloodborne 2 as an exclusive to push the new hardware.

I think weeb games will still be ok on PS4 since japs don't want to move systems that fast. I'm also kind of curious what they're thing about all these rumours, they didn't want to let go of previous consoles before moving on and PS4.5 is coming out only 3 years after PS4 released.
AAA and western devs on the other hand will probably focus more on NEO with time. I also wouldn't be surprised if they announce a NEO exclusive after a while and other games will follow after them.
Also some games from Japan don't get PS3/PSV ports over here and only bring over PS4 ports. What doesn't say that they can do the same shit with PS4.5 and only bring that version over and leave PS4 in the dust. I'm not saying it'll happen right from the start, but a few years down the line.

I figured a price drop would likely coincide with my current most hyped game (Ace Combat 7). I'm also interested in SF5 and Gravity Rush and its sequel. Persona 5 and Guilty Gear as well but you can get those on PS3 too. Oh and Nier Automata, and maybe some other weeb games I'm forgetting.
