It is like saying that Shooters are overdone.
Nothing good is on the market. It is either just shit like L4D, that has been there for ages and already played by EVERYONE who likes the genre, or Early Access, like Project Zomboid, which is taking countless lifetimes to be developed. I think there needs to be a GOOD zombie game so there would be no need for anything like that.
As for Vampire games, PVP Nosgoth is like that. Hunters vs. Vampires. Elder Scrolls games have Vampire hunting in them.
