He's talking about the reality altering game from Homestuck, or more likely, a game based on its rules.
Basically, you start out with nothing but your house and all the mundane items you have lying around in it, but you can combine any two items to make a new item with properties of both, at the cost of resources dropped from defeated enemies.
There's also a whole bunch of stats and powerups and a massive solar system-like game world to conquer, but the biggest appeal is definitely in the alchemy system and how much cool shit you can do with it.
