They were fucking horrible before the fall of the wall. Almost everything is dubbed in German.
I went to Cologne once and not a single video game they sold had dual languages like in the rest of Europe.
Their English is "ok", but compared to Scandinavia, they're pretty shit overall.
R&C actually gets translated and dubbed in Norwegian though, which is kinda coolI always turn it back to English
