I really liked Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae; no level design to speak of (literally you just fight in big circular arenas against waves of dudes) but a pretty deep combat system.

Legend of Korra is also good; has a parry and expects you to know how to use it, the bending styles are pretty neat. A few kind of gimmicky bits (dog levels) but overall solid.
