Yes, ZE3 is coming out on June 28th. Possibly slightly later for the PC release. Honestly, if they do wind up porting 999 and VLR, it'll be after they release ZE3. Which isn't optimal, but I think they'd rather focus on newer games before older ones. Its still within the realm of possibility though. They know there's demand for it and as they said if DR2 sells as well as DR1 did in its port things are looking up.

Everyone in this game is part of Ultimate Despair, but they're memories of it, and what made them despair are taken from them.
The reason for her despair in the prequel novel, was because Junko kept putting her in situations where abusing her power would have made her life easier. Sonia never cracked and was cheekily optimistic. Until Junko had a group of guys force themselves onto her. Souda wasn't apart of this group but was bullied into it, and his despair stemmed from seeing her crack.
Which is why he has such an unhealthy obsession with her in the game.
So she's the epitome of used goods.
