If you're new, Shedinja's trash on a nuzlocke run. If you have some experience, its a godsend. Immunity to all but 5 types, boosting moves in swords dance, and a decent enough movepool. All you really have to do is remember to avoid statuses like poison/burn, entry hazards (that are non existent ingame), and any mon that might be able to touch you. If you play the game enough you remember each trainers movesets like the back of your hand

Why would you run any berry other than lum? Besides you wont get poison/toxic by any mon other than a poison or grass type, burnt only by a fire or ghost type (which you would switch out immediately from anyways), and weather only damages at the end of the turn. Confusion or Effect spore can be a bitch to handle at times but theres plenty of berry/items in game. Honestly a Shedinja is more likely to die from your carelessness than a forced situation

Glad it's over with. Messing around in Kanto is one of my favorite postgames, especially the Gym Leader rematches with updated teams. Kinda gives them a bit more character to see what they would have used if they first showed up in later games.
