I imagine it was more made in hope/as a prediction of what will be. There's already an ESRB listing for PC, and while that doesn't confirm anything, it doesn't make sense that it wouldn't come considering most of the other Nep games are on PC now.

That's cool and I understand. Most people don't really care for the Nep series, so I guess its appreciable that you at least get that others do. The series does have its problems. An overuse of the same assets especially so. But it keeps improving, and I like that.

Megadimension Neptunia VII is actually good. The series gets a bad rep of reused assets and poor meme writing because of the Rebirth rehash remakes. Mega Nep V2 gets rid Neptune being all about memes and makes her a genuinely fun and amazing character.

Neptune has always been a fun character. What makes neptunia really good is that all the characters in the game remains relevant throughout the game. Unlike most jrpgs where they get a quick art and they're done.
