Because 95% of you fags have no idea why a face is percieved as attractive and therefor have no idea how to create one. Your character for example has a chin from hell, eyesockets too wide, space between nose and mouth is too long, the space between the eyes and mouth is arguably too long which gives a "mature" look which is mostly seen as unattractive in women. Lips have little color, mouth is too wide and the lower lip is far too large compared to the upper one. With that said, just tone down the chin significantly and it will look better than 90% of the stuff i've seen so far. I assume the beard shade is from the environment/lighting and not from too high test levels.
