In Luigi's Mansion he's pretty frank about taking over the Mushroom Kingdom but since Bowser is like dead/defeated in LM and never mentioned in Dark Moon we'll never know how the two actually regard eachother.
He seems like wasted potential because he's the only non-rpg secondary antagonist but every game he just cameos or shows up as a boss and never mentions Bowser.

The one is the left is bland as fuck, it's literally a Boo with a crown, shit design.
Middle one goes the complete opposite way, it's too fucking weird and overdesigned. The drool is unnecessary, the tongue is way too big and those eyes are hardly scary at all.
Right one is the best, the gem in the crown is just enough to make him stand out among other boos while the two fangs along with the red eyes and dark eyes makes him look intimidating.
