The one on the SNES that wasn't about the movie. It was a fun beat em up for the majority of the game, then awesome fucking Zord battles at the end. And then after beating it, you get codes to play the Zord battles with 2 people.

They almost did. That episode was a set up for a season where Tommy and Jason run rival Ranger groups and eventually Tommy ends up going power hungry and all the rangers and Jason have to take him down. Also time travel would be a thing so they could close all loose ends. It was to be the ultimate closer of the Zordon era then Disney bought it up and went with a cheaper approach thus we got Ninja Storm.
