ill start with final fantasy 12.
anybody found another game that look great?

for final fantasy 12 i recommend:

FFX looked really nice too. Though I'm not sure if it was just my PC, but the frame-rate took a dive on a lot of scenes, and most of the cutscenes played in slight slo-mo. This had the effect of making Tidus and Yuna sound very drunk, which makes their ideas suddenly make a lot more sense.
On that note though, I don't have my PC and now have to make do with my laptop. Do you think FF12 would run alright? I can run Dragon's Dogma perfectly (on low) and my PSP emulator runs smooth as silk (except Dissidia likes to crash, and tekken 6 which runs like garbage even on my PC)

btw is there any way to make the text and sprites in game look higher res or at least less blocky through emulation?
I really wish the text rendering was better for FF12 when it's emulated, it's the only thing letting it down.

probably not in 2880x1620 like i have but you could probably pull off 1080p or half of it just fine. emulating is pretty demanding

Uhhh... what?
Just download the game's iso and run it through PCSX2 with the rendering resolution bumped up. That's all there's to it. There are no "special releases" you need.

nice! careful about using the speed boost from emulator + the zodiac built-in speed boost. you level up too fast and fill out the whole LP board. happened to me and things got a bit too easy
not ps2 but Xenoblade Chronicles is god tier when emulated + the HD textures and hud mod

most things are just default in PCSX2. bios graphics: gsdx32-avx
emulation settings are Preset 3 "balanced" (just using the slider)
all i remember changing is the slider and the resolution (to 2880x1620)
