it's just plainfun.building vehicles is awesome, the levels are varied, the physics work well, the music is great, and the game is fairly long. having to build a car that can handle land and air, as well as travel quickly for long periods with heaps of weaponry is an awesome final boss.

I like the Kingdom Hearts storyline and enjoy the story.
I think Star Fox 64 is mediocre and that Adventures and Assault were both better games.
I think 3D Zelda games have some of the best combat in all of video games and wish more games offered their level of precision and control.
I think DmC: Devil May Cry is a fantastic action game and extremely high quality overall.
I hate Dark Souls and Monster Hunter games because in both series the combat is excruciatingly slow and weighty.
I think Metal Gear Solid IV is the best MGS game.
I think Super Smash Bros. Brawl is the best Smash Bros game and genuinely enjoyed Subspace Emissary
I think Zelda: Skyward Sword is a great game.
I think Neptunia games are genuinely good and have good gameplay.

The only big problem I have with the prequels is Episode II.
Episode I was mainly about setting the scene for the trilogy since unlike Episode IV it was actually planned to be the start of a trilogy. This meant it had to explain the setting and situation so it could lead on to the next film which is where our problems start.
Episode I would be seen as a much better film had it lead on to a better film than Episode II.

Well first of all, the whole premise of the trilogy of counting the tale of Jesus Skywalker becoming big bad Vader is just hamfisted as hell and doesn't evenm happen smoothly even while taking 3 movies' worth of time, suddenly he just gets tricked by the emperor and he's like 'well shit I'm bad now better kill all those people and Jedi'
The individual stories of the movies also make very little sense, the characters are one-dimensional and boring as hell, all the dialogue and cinematography fucking sucks ass, the fighting and combat is pretty flashy but ultimately weightless and impactless, the villains are pretty meh since Maul doesn't have a character, Grievous is a comic figure, I liked Sidious though
I could go on and on but no, they're really not good movies, they could be condensed to one movie telling how Anakin became Vader and it'd be totally fine

I used to think Sonic games sucked until I played those. Those two changed everything. Hell, Sonic Generations has a demo on Steam. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to complete all the content in it and realize you're wrong.

Sonic 1 is literally the game that made me hate Sonic games. Its one of the worst Sonic games and an awful platformer. The level design of Sonic 1 is literally built in such a way where you run into enemies and can't see them coming. The platforming itself isn't interesting either, so as a patient platformer its shit. The level design of 1 is much more linear and doesn't have the wonderful thing that makes later Sonic games so good: the lots of different paths through a level, where each part of the level throws you to the next naturally.

music and film are higher forms of art but they have also had decades (music has had centuries) to evolve. video games have not even been around for half of a century and so the artform has not been sufficiently explored
