All he needs to do is go with a nice hairstyle for his type, shave better, fix up his eyebrows (maybe even fill them in a bit), and he'd look so much better. He has really pretty eyes and the only real issue is probably his nose and pretty thin lips. The nose could be fixed with surgery if he really wanted to, and I think the lips are fine as they are. Maybe if he got more tan and started to work out, he could actually be pretty handsome.
