The overworld actually changes depending on which partner you end up getting permanently. It's just as well, because Ricky slows you down with his cliff jumping and Moosh is a piece of shit with those long-ass pits he has to fly over.

Grew up with Seasons, just recently started Ages for the first time. Tokay shit was pretty boring at times but overall I think I like Ages better. From what I remember, changing seasons was annoying as fuck and Subrosia just dragged on for forever, but it's been a long time since I played it.

When I was in grade school some random kid just handed me a copy of Oracle of Seasons and told me I could keep it out of nowhere. It was pretty weird.

The Oracle games have completely different worlds, dungeons and items.

I played both with the linked ending and then Link's Awakening recently. I prefer Seasons for a lot of reasons, however Ages is still almost as good in my opinion.

It's been a while since I've played Seasons, but I played Awakening and reached around 90% of Ages recently.
I prefered Awakening because it has a better pacing for dungeons and feels more unique, but I'd have to replay Seasons to see if I can admire it better now, since it was my first 2D Zelda.
