The farther away the tip of the analog stick is from the base, the more precision you get on how much you're pushing it. You can hold it "0.25" to a direction more accurate rather than roughing between 0.3 and 0.2

But really, struggling with the controls should not be part of a game's difficulty. For example, in the case of first-person shooters, you're playing a truly awful shooter if aiming the gun is supposed to be the main test of skill. If you've played the game for more than an hour, you should be hitting what you want to hit. The choices that matter include which weapon you choose, how you maneuver your character through the map, which targets you prioritize, and how you change your strategy depending on the enemy's behavior.

For racing, 3rd person shooter the CQC green one (Signature) and CQC classic are good but I don't know which one is more accurate
I find this one very comfortable but can't decide if the classic CQC is better
