Black flag is a great game to sink into for a bit. Dragonborn is a fun DLC if you played morrowind but thats about it for what I know on your list.

Fallout 3 DLC is actually pretty fun You can complete Operation Anchorage straight out of the vault and get the Chinese Stealth Suit, but I wouldn't recommend doing it.
