Anyway HLD was okay, but it was kinda short and I didn't feel much incentive to 100% it. It really felt like the core upgrades were well and truly obtainable without going out of my way to find secrets and the armors were all pretty moot aside from the easily obtained chain dash one that halves your stamina consumption.
Would've been nice if there were more bosses and more incentive to explore, like abilities only unlocked via secret rooms and such.

What. You switch style to whatever's appropriate and click when cursor lights up. I actually found it much more enjoyable than roll to win in 2. Fully upgraded combos were cathartic as fuck, especially group style.
I returned DS3 after an hour. Just wasn't fun to me.
