Well, the graphics still hold up, the weapons feel a little bit better than the second one and if i recall correctly, you could do some tricks while shooting. Also, it had some neat missions.
Even when it isn't a bad game, the second one is obviously better. But you already have it; try it for a couple of hours, you may like it.
