I remember WoW had good drunk effects. The world became super blurry, the screen went fisheye, the character wouldnt walk straight, anything you typed into chat would become slurred and you would hiccup, and this might not be true but someone told me enemys would sometimes appear lower level than they actually were which is pretty cool. This was vanilla.

Drugs sure as shit d) not just make things blurry. They make the world move differently. Even alcohol can make the world spin and snap back to place constantly. Weed can make light appear brighter and colors more vivid, as well as enhancing the acuity, highs, and lows of music.
