It doesn't really have good games, I am playing Monster Hunter on PC but it would suck on the phone. Tactics Ogre and FF Tactics are good if you like that sort of a thing. Some jrpgs are decent but not worth the time, better play some NES/SNES/GBA/ instead.
Z.H.P should be playable-ish with touch, its a 'roguelike' by NIS.
I know what you mean about touch controls though, don't try to play metal gear portable ops or peace walker without a pad...same with things like KH, driving games, anything non turn based can be painful.
that said you could connect a pad to the phone, use MHL to connect to tv, play some vice city stories, for example. portable console = winning
FF4 collection (after years) and FFT work great because turn based.
