There should be a game where it's like a normal FPS or some shit but around the stage are powerups jackie chan style that all grant you sick ass bonuses and the goal isn't to capture the flag or hold control points but to gather them all yourself. When someone dies they drop the powerups and it's all first come first serve.

The tiers are based on utility. You have no control over the entities you bring to life and you can only hope the entity is intelligent and reasonable enough to be convinced to do something reasonable.
