A sequel to IV. Areas do get revisited last I saw but some newer and better designed dungeons do come up.

Plus you have Peace, Anarchy, and other routes if I remember correctly. I wish I saved the anon's post on another thread but there are other various tweaks throughout that makes it more refined. Though if I were you just play through IV and finish the routes there until IV:Final comes out here.
