Final is a dumb name. Apocalypse isn't perfect but it's better at getting the point across that the game is a sequel and not a "definitive version", remake, etc.

I don't really like 'Apocalypse,' but FINAL would have been a pretty bad name for a stateside release.
You don't need any experience in marketing to know that most people would've thought it was a GOTY Edition-esque situation.
That said, keeping 'IV' is probably still going to confuse some consumers. You've got to remember that we live in a world where people still think the Wii U is just the name of a tablet for the Wii.
I'm curious to hear what people would've picked as an alternative title.

Personas 2 story and some characters are better but it has god awful dungeons and gameplay. P1 is more focused and i feel its better even if its not as sadistic and twisted as P2. Soul hackers is notoriously dated and SJ is one of the most boring games ive ever played. Bad in that case means i havent even beaten in it. SMT4 is literally babies first smt and faggot ass nintendrones hail it as the best game ever because of 3DS vs vita rivalry bullshit. Difficulty curve is weak, overworld is confusing, its unimaginative and low budget, and the art is horrendous. Despite all the negatives, the characters and core gameplay are actually good, but everything else sadly drags it down. I havent played mt1 and 2. unless you mean smt1 and 2? And raidou is devil summoner.
