Zestiria was my first Tales game. I had nothing to compare to it, but in terms of JRPGs, it is incredibly underwhelming. Like bottom of the barrel. Everything could've been more but it wasn't. Think the most basic creation ever. That's Zesty.
Now that I'm playing Abyss, I can safely say it is pretty much shit in comparison. You're better off playing another Tales.
