Worst game in the series, only reason it gets praised over DS2 and 3 is the nostalgia idiots. The first 2/3rds of the game is great, its all downhill after that. Not to mention subpar invasion rules and dumb ez backstab mechanics. Half of the weapons R2 is useless in pvp since it has a 2-3 second windup time.

The only thing it really has over DaS3 at this point is the interconnected world in the first third of the game. From Sen's Funhouse and on, though, it's no better than DeS, and definitely nowhere near DaS3.
