absolutely not, because FOV is linked to screen size and screen resolution
since everyone has different ratios, sizes and resolutions, comfortable FOV's are a must for any user
my FOV in BF4 is 110 degrees but the default came in at 95 which was way too narrow

Locked FOV is the biggest deal breaker. Not only does it look like absolute garbage, it can actually be harmful to your health.
