If you're really desperate and can only solo, get a bunch of pitfall traps and sonic bombs, and flash bombs
Pitfall him, smash his face in, when he breaks free, flash bomb, continue smashing face in. When he goes under, sonic bomb, smash his face in. Repeat until he's dead or capped.
