Since consoles today have most of the game sales and pc is left behind most of the times i have a couple of suggestions of games that are dying on pc that could work on consoles.
Why there is no more RTS games on consoles? there has been a some in the past and if the market them well the can sell a lot too, some examples:

Another almost dead PC exclusive franchise, HoMM can work VERY WELL on consoles and can bevery comfy to play!!:
Turn based, so theres no need to hurry like in RTS so controls are perfectly fine, they even made one in GBC, this franchise is magnific and im sure it can sell pretty well if they enough effort on it!!

Lack of macro and group bindings. Halo Wars is probably the closest consoles will get to a playable RTS. If anything Turn based games like Advanced Wars and Fire Emblem would be great on console.

Because RTS controls like absolute shit with a controller. It works in FPS, because you can simply apply autoaim. In RTS you can't do that.
RTS genre need to evolve
They play the same 20 years ago, change it to play like Sacrifice, Overlord, and Pikmin

I don't think console market would like a game that is slower and needs thought. XCOM tried it and it failed miserably. It would work tho.

halo wars was cool but i think that is about as successful as a console rts is ever going to get, and that was only because it was linked to the halo franchise and also it was an exclusive
