Is there a more starved genre than Stylish action games.
You get like one game a year.
Hell The closest thing to a game like Bayonetta or DMC or Rising last year was Bloodborne and that is questionable comparison.
And that's it.
last year we got transformers I think.

>You get like one game a year.
One game a year is more than I expect for a niche genre that I like.
>>334301940
I guess.
It was ok.
Kinda short and had forced Diablo RPG elements.

RTS.

>one a year
>starved genre

MMORPGs.
There isn't a single good one out right now. Everything is either dead, shit on release or turned to shit.

What other genre gets less than 1 game a year.
>>334302597
The fact you think they are shit is irrelevant.
Tastes differ
You get a ton of them all the time.
I want a genre that gets literally less than 1 game a year.

>Bayonetta or DMC or Rising last year was Bloodborne
wow all these game studios that create such cliche games for mature people like OP and myself
>>334301785
This year we're getting NieR Automata and TMNT.
I'm not even an X1 fag, but I hate how they pushed Scalebound to 2017.
>>334301785
Bloodborne isn't a CAG in the least.
They're called spectacle fighters
>>334301785
Not to start a naming war, but I remember Namco had a survey that called them 'Beat em All's. Thought that was neat.
I don't think it's as starved as RTS games, and they have so much replay value I haven't found myself itching. I also got into the genre with Bayonetta, so I've been able to go back and play all the older games again too.
