Skullgirls 2nd encore : is it worth it on steam? Pad or stick? SFV instead?

It's a good port. Choose whatever although pad will probably give you some ergonomic trouble since there are 6 buttons for normals. I use keyboard and it's perfectly fine aside from having to macro grab to a key so I can avoid ghosting.

It's nothing compared to local play but it's definitely a start to playing competitively. Skullgirls has a frame modifier in online matches to compensate for lag so it helps a bit.
