If you like completing challenges and such there's plenty and it's pretty good. Escalations are pretty shitty and contracts mode is crippled but the main mission is one of the most replayable ones in the series.

Act 1, 2 and 5 of MGS4 have some fantastic and fairly unique stealth gameplay. I loved all five minutes of it that wasn't riddled with awful cut scenes.
