Maxwell from Scribblenauts. He's able to stop time better than a 2hu, reality bending powers on par with the most broken hero imaginable, and can make anything he wants appear from nowhere.
He's honestly dethroned Kirby and Asura as totally overpowered

Bastard can summon the Justice League and Cthulhu, there's not much that stops him. Though to be fair, most of the Overlords from Makai Kingdom and Disgaea are stronger than Asura.

Isn't Zetta the strongest Overlord by a huge margin? I haven't played since D2 so there may have been a power creep since then, but Zetta was straight-up too fucking strong. Maxwell can also create singularities.
