Worse than persona 3 due to ramping up the otaku-bait to 11, the game suffered immensely due to this as they also made the game far easier and less complex.
A few decent songs though, and some designs were ok.

I started the series with 4 yet I feel like 3 is a better game so far. The music just sounds better, characters feel more grounded and real, plus gameplay was neat with the sleep system, multiple physical attacks, and fusion spells.
Rise is a better support than Fuuka
P4 will always have a special place in my heart

REACH OUT TO THE TRUTH is pretty good for a battle theme, but it can't compare to Mass Destruction. The jazzy/funkiness of Persona 3's battle theme is indisputably amazing.
